Same. Didn't run yesterday either. Ran today and it felt horrible. Like I took a month off. Managed 7:45 pace with laboured breathing. Could two days of over-eating destroy your training that much?

6 easy...taking an easy week
We didn't run on Christmas but did next morning (26th or yesterday) easy 10 miles along canal. Very windy & chilly but nice. It was me & my daughters as well..:)
