Post the details of your Christmas run here. I'll be running in a couple hours so I'll let you know after but planning on a quick 10 for now. Maybe 4-5 on the treadmill in the early evening if I can fit it in. Anyone regularly do a workout or anything exciting for their Christmas run?

nothing exciting, but I usually use it as an excuse to get 15+ miles away from the inlaws! this year, we're staying at our own home, so figure after the pastries this morning I'll go hit a 5 mile loop or something easy.

10 Mile Tempo @ PURE HATE pace. I hate my wife and I hate my inlaws.
-
Mmm, what kind of pastries?
-
I was just going to ask, does anyone like their in-laws?
-
Well, I was going to do repeat 400s, but I am sick this morning, so here goes 30 minutes on the treadmill in the shorts my brother got me haha
-
Scheduled to run a 8 mile easy run - but will be doing 8 miles easy, followed by 8 miles super easy and another few miles of just walking. I can't stand my inlaws
-
6 mile easy run still recovering from jogging a marathon on concrete.....inside.....around a 200 meter track.....getting lapped about 80 times.
