Some interesting facts:
My PB over 5k is 16'32" (achieved in May 2015, just before getting injured) however I have never managed to break 35'50" for 10k (April 2015).. and once again, I ran 1:16'40" for half marathon (end of February 2015).. & lastly, ran 4'17" for 1,500m as a training run (end of May 2015 - 3 days before I got the shin/tibia stress fracture.)
What does the above figures mean?
Also, lately I have noted that my heart rate has massively dropped (+10/15bpm on each workout)
Some heart rate factual stats:
5k @ 5'00"/km: was 133bpm now 124bpm
10k @ 4'45"/km: was 142bpm now 131bpm
10k @ 3'45"/km: was 174bpm now 167bpm
Today, back to the oval after a few days of easy running post the Malta Half Marathon race... and we get to wear the spike shoes for the first time in many months ;) :)..
