I've been dragging this week, not sure why.
Beginning of the week mostly 30 minute runs, accompanied by some weights and stretching.
Fri - ~30:00 easy
Sat A.M. ~5 miles ~34:50
P.M. ~5 miles ~35:30
Sun - 1:20:00 with some really good hills in and around Eldorado Springs State Park.
While we were running in the park we ran into Tyler Hamilton and his contingent of "100% clean" athletes. After they passed we joked about what would have happened if we had yelled "cheaters". ;-)
