There is no doubt after going through about 50 google images of Molly that she has leaned up quite a bit over the last 6 months. However she is certainly not in the realm of looking malnourished or unhealthy. If she lost another 5lbs by track there is no doubt that the amount of threads on Letsrun about here will be numerous. The hard part about leaning up this much and having success like winning NCAA XC is that you want to continue to push the limits. Why not lose another 1-2 lbs and maybe run even better? This thread will be interesting to look back in in 6 months and see if she has gained, maintained, or loss weight since NCAA XC. My hopes are she maintains or gains 1-2 lbs as she does look lean and strong.
