I can't take credit for digging this up, original thread from cyclingnews forum here:http://forum.cyclingnews.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=30307&p=1840461#p1840461To collate the links in the thread:Dr. Saugy is the head of the Lausanne Laboratory. and is shown to be someone to count on to cover up doping:-He sat on positive EPO samples from Armstrong:http://velonews.competitor.com/2012/10/news/analysis-what-usadas-case-file-means-to-those-involved_256676-Even told Armstrong and Burynell how to beat the test:“He [Saugy] sat beside me and said there are samples from Lance Armstrong that indicated EPO use. He also told us that he had been instructed by the UCI to meet Lance Armstrong and Johan Bruyneel to explain the EPO testing process,†Tygart said.“I asked him: ‘Did you give Lance Armstrong and Johan Bruyneel the keys to beating the EPO test?’ And he nodded his head yes. He explained it to the two of them. As far as I know, it’s unprecedented. It’s totally inappropriate to bring in an athlete with a suspicious test and explain to them how the EPO test works.â€http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/lausanne-laboratory-gave-armstrong-key-to-beating-epo-test-says-tygart/-Head of laboratory which destroyed several of the Russian samples (In addition to Moscow), revealed in the WADA report-...and he consulted the testing lab in Sochi, which WADA has shown to be corrupted:http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/othersports/athletics/11992813/Athletics-doping-scandal-Shocking-story-of-67-purged-drug-samples.html

- Director of Lausanne lab Martial Saugy tells #WADASymposium whom to test, when to test, and what and how to test.
Despite all of his failings, he is still in charge of Lausanne. Lausanne Lab, remember, is the lab retesting IAAF WC 2007 and 2005 samples, and the IOC is retesting Beijing's samples.
