So I wore hokas for this past xc season and they kinda hurt my feet and made me feel slow i think they might of been a half size too big. So i took my nikes out from my closet they are like the free runs 4.0 ive had them since freshman year. I know that nikes arent ideal running shoes but they dont hurt my feet. Ive had shoes with cushion like hoka. Then i tried some muznos they where kinda nuetrual but they started to hurt my feet once the plastic wore down. So what should i do as far as shoes go?
