Hi, I'm a sophomore in high school and I've been injured for the past 2 years. I'm starting to get better but it's to late for me to run xc so I'm mainly focused on track. I haven't run an official race in while and I'm not currently training, but I have run a few time trials recently as follows: 400m: 51, 800m: 2:04, two 400m with 1:30 in between at 53.8 and 53.7. My main focus right now is the 800m and was wondering, based on my time trials, how fast I could get my 800m down to if I only have 4 months before the season starts.
