Seriously, what's the deal with Philadelphia?
And he improved 22 minutes in just a few months.
Very fishy.
The TCM course would not be difficult to cut. The Franklin bridge (about mile 19) is only a couple miles away from the start area.

http://www.mtecresults.com/runner/show?rid=6741&race=3410I found it odd that this person's chip was started at the first mat and did not register another split until the mat at the 24-mile mark - 2:29 ahead of the race leader. (Splits missed were 5k, 10k, 13.1mi, 30k, and 21mi) 50+ people proceed to pass this person over the ensuing 2+ miles and it registers a final time of 2:42:14.
To add to it, this kid *mysteriously* didn't have a split time register at his marathon earlier this spring either.

Not only that, but it seems that his Philadelphia-area running mate also missed the timing mat. They were the only two in the top 2/3rd to miss that pesky mat.

This one is weird. He's the first person to cross the mat at mile 24 and then walks the next 2.2 miles (19:56 pace!) while the leaders run by? Also, at the start his chip time is equal to his gun time meaning he started right on the line? Not sure what went on here...race photos should be up soon though!
Yeah, 5 missed mats. How is it possible he hasn't been disqualified?
And did he take a selfie at the start and wear all black?

That would be marvelous!
if you search "jacob lindenbaum Hannah Schaeffer" the third result is a previously cached result from TC with this:
9, Hannah Schaeffer, 4209, 21, F, 2:42:15, +10:36
http://www.mtecresults.com/race/leaderboard/3410/2015_Medtronic_Twin_Cities_Marathon-Marathon
-----
Hannah has already been scrubbed from the results and given the duplicate times again, I imagine that Jacob will be as well.

Seems that the TC Marathon leaders are a lot smarter than the LV Marathon "leaders"
Take a note, McKeever -- this is how you protect the sport.
I've run TCM several times, and there are several places you could cut the course. However, the timing mats are well placed to prevent this. But this case is so obvious that it's just stupid.
Where's the guy with the cheating blog? He should be all over this. Nothing on his blog.
Let's have a look at the replay!

This dude is nowhere to be seen at the finish line.
Please don't tell me he is a DJ.

On the left side of the road, there is a young man and woman walking with an old woman. Maybe not malicious, but that they just jump in at the end to help their walking grandmother who started early?

The time lines up pretty well. I wonder why would he have started at the normal start time if the person he was assisting started early? Some sort of default start time for people not crossing the starting line mat, but registering a split later on the course?
That's them.
How did they cheat the 3:07? Do they rent out a grandma for every race?
They walked across with jackets over bibs.
Click on Lost and Found at the right->finish->Marathon. Only 39 images to look at.
Did one of them finish second overall at that marathon?
Guys, I have not looked into this too much, but from the pictures posted in the comments before mine, it looks like she may be blind or something. In every picture, it looks like she is holding on to his arm. I am not sure what this means or how they would end up way ahead of the race, but it just seems odd to me that they would run races holding hands in such a way, twice.
Anyway, just wanted to mention it before the guy gets crucified.
Also, at what minute mark in the video do you see them cross the line?
