Hey guys, so I'm new to the cross country world, having only started running for my school last year as an 8th grader. I was wondering if any of you all could possibly give some times I should set as goals for track season. Thanks!
Basically throughout cross country season we have done lots of long distance work, and I haven't had much of a chance to get solid times for shorter distances. Coming from a small private school, I am on varsity already. Here are my pr's from this season so far. (Note: I am a 5'6 more built freshman)
5k: 18:08 on a very hilly course
2 mile: 11:05
1600: 5:18
800: 2:14
Average mpw is around 30-40
I would love your suggestions for 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 especially.
