My money's on Mike Wallace. Look at the fast twitch muscles on that dude. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if Kiprop has close to sub-10 100 meter speed.

I remember watching Mike Wallace on 60 minutes, I thought he died, anyway I would pick Kiprop in a 100 meter dash as Mike Wallace has to be in his 90's if he has not reached 100 yet.
