It has to be Sulimen Nyambui. Lindgren and Falcon won a lot as well.
Don't know the numbers though.
Actually, it is probably Erick Walder or Mike Conley. That is if you want to count people who ran and jumped.
Walder never ran in the NCAA champs, his hams were always too tricky to fatigue that much. He could fly though.

No, he never did run on the track. he did fly down that runway though. 10 NCAA titles (including outdoor) is pretty impressive.
