Seriously. Come on, you guys are so blinded by bias and prejudice you can't think clearly for a second. I'm sure we can easily figure out that he responded without needed it shoved down our throats on this thread, but hey, let's be consistent with the past decade of Rupp dismantling.
And in regards to the Magness response, he issued a "passionate" response?? Really?? Cool.
It was , like..."Suck my TUE, plebian hordes! Smell my AndroGel, skiier man who has no coach to rub him out before bedtime!"
Truly a triumph of Gray Area over RedWhiteandTrue.
Brojo's, u r acting like a very desperate pu$$ie$. This man literally DESTROYED all the rivals and after and after all of rumors he showed that he's the best and u r trying to penetrate some so called 'breaking news' of some dumass called Magness and trying to ignore all this discussion with main topic - 'HE IS MF'!!!
U r really big shame!!!
Your loyal follower from south-east Europe. Thanks a lot.
I didn't get to see the race but I'm really glad to hear he didn't just win but totally destroyed the field like that. Way to respond to all the bogus allegations and the hate. You go, Rupp! Hope Mo does the same thing in Monoco.
Yes, no way could a doper absolutely destroy the field like that. Proves he's clean for sure.

Absolutely pathetic that you put this 'breaking news' in a thread celebrating Rupp's performance. Shows how biased you are about this whole situation. That's not even taking into account that the 'rebuttal' was utterly unconvincing and shed no light onto the allegations.

Destroy? True was only 3 seconds behind and we know that the Brojos consider True is pure as snow. Therefore, Rupp must be clean, because otherwise no way True could have been so close behind him if Rupp was doped right? Well, wait, the Brojos have implied True is just that much more talented than Rupp, after all True went sub 4 in the mile before Rupp. It is hard to argue with such logic, after all it isn't like Rupp was a 10k guy whose primary focus was NCAAs (2nd as a frosh in the 10k) and making WC/Olympic teams (as early as 2007). If Rupp had been able to take that 1.9 secs off his highschool mile PR then the Brojos might actually have thought him a world beater like they did German Fernandez.
You are kidding yourself if you think it was that close.
Once this all falls down around NOP (and everyone else who's doing it) I'll explain how/why I think it works, in particular why the one east African who started doing it became invincible.

Yup. I also think he miscalculated laps, because he turned on the speed like it was the last 400, when it was really the last 800. Lucky he realized it and had the wheels for one more bloody fast 400. You could tell he was working hard on the last 400. Had he calculated right, he could have won it with a little less effort. As for the can of whoop ass.....I'd say it's more of a vial of whoop ass.
Rupp dominating the end of that race reminded me of Darth Vader after he captured Luke: "All too easy..." Rupp looked like he was out for some easy tempo. Good for him to run well in spite of all the B.S.

Pathetic is right. We're just trying to have a thread for Rupp fans, new & old, to celebrate Rupp's prowess in that race last night, and all you want to do is bring us down. Shame on you, LRC.
Now, back to Rupp. I seriously saw signs of Kenenisa Bekele in Rupp last night. I don't mean that he is or will be equal to Kenenisa, but he was doing things that are signature Bekele idiosyncrasies. The way he could accelerate so much at all, the way he could accelerate WHILE MAKING IT LOOK SO SMOOTH...if it weren't for the lap times, I never could have guessed that 58-second lap; maybe 62 or 61, not 58. Damn! And to top it off, the looking back -- Kenenisa does that, and in part it comes from supreme confidence. Really excellent performance! I firmly believe that Rupp is on a different level than he was even last year, and, like I often feel about some (American) football teams, after watching that performance last night I don't know how he ever lost a race.

In the words of Matthew Centrowitz, "YAWN".
Rupp's 58 second penultimate lap was a thing of beauty.
True gets huge credit for his run, he was there looking for the win and had a brilliant night.
Looking forward to the 5.
that's because the winning time was 28:11 or something, not low 27 or 26:xx like kenny did. i'm not sayign rupp can't run very fast times, but, apples to oranges, bro-stradomuscentrowitz would look the same running 4:00 for a 1500m.

Matt was roid-raging when he YAWNed! Well, I'm mean the stripper is he currently 'dating'.
Too bad him and his coach are proven dopers. None of his times count
