Hi guys,
I run in college pretty experienced in men's running and training. Very little experience with women's training and especially younger girls training. Lets assume you are a 15 year old girl and you have never ran 12 miles a week and your pr in the 3200 is 11:45. In the base period how many miles a week is the correct amount? Don't wanna do too many and ruin her. I was thinking 30-35 miles a week.
Also, do you guys have any idea of what her tempo pace is if her regular run pace for a 6 mile run is 7:20?
