9.93 PB and first DL win for Bracy.
Gemili 9.97 with a PB in 2nd as he fell to the track with his dive and hurt his hamstring.
They had a perfect 2.0 tailwind.

I don't think that is a Master's WR for Farah. I actually doubt it.
Great women's 200m. 3 way blanket finish.
Tarmoh with the upset of Felix 22.29 for both of them. 19 year old Dina Asher Smith showed she's a force ont eh senior circuit now with a 22.30.
Best 200 I've seen in a long time.

In the steeple it was a battle of the 2 previous DL winners. Virginia Nyambura ran away from Hyvin Kiyeng after the final water jump
How did Stephanie Garcia do?
She did well, 4th after the top Kenyans, in 9.27.

9:24.02 is the winning time for Virginia Nyambura
Garcia finishes 4th in 9:27.92! Season best by almost 10 seconds and now #1 in the U.S.
She looked GOOD doing it, too. Definitely one of my picks to make the World Championship squad
Wow. A 91-92m throw for Yego but landed out of the sector by a few centimeters
If only Felix could have run 0.04 faster in that 200m my fantasy team would have been a perfect pick

That was impressive.
Where do these Dutch and Swedish 1500m runners come from?
Yego is great, trained in javelin crazy Finland. Looks like he has huge potential.

Ethiopia
Stephanie Brown finished way back, at 4:20. Any idea what happened?
Hassan won the 1500 in 4:00.30 as the announcer said, “I think Jenny would have had problems with Hassan on this occasion."
Aregawi was no match the final 200m and isn't her old self but 4:-01.97 was a season's best.
The American struggled. Gabby Grunewald 4:08.61 in 7th, Morgan Uceny 4:09.31 in 8th was a SB.
A 4 minute 1500 with a significant headwind down the back straight.
Hassan didn't even look tired at the end immediately pulling tongues for the cameras. You gotta do better than that girl. At least make it look remotely difficult or people might get suspicious.

That throw was sick and it looks like they measure it and are going to let it count. He is now listed as the winner in 91.39.
What do you think? they didn't chaulk the sector long enough.
That throw made Yego the 9th best javelin thrower in history!

By the time Mo finishes his upcoming ban he will be a masters runner. He will keep running because he needs the money.

Yeah within 10 seconds of the WR, very suspicious.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
