Looked at CIF-SS results at MileSplit & no Lauren Rain Williams & no 22.68, windy or not!

There were a lot of incredible performances. CA has a ton of talent.
D3 men's 100m results state that the wind in the final was 7.8! The winning time was 10.24, vs. around 10.64 in the prelims.
22.86 adjusted time so compares well with Felix's 22.88 record.
