Depends on what sort of quality you can/are willing to handle.
the Pfitzenger 55 mpw plan, modified to your own specific mileage desire/ability--- less complicated with an emphasis on endurance. I feel like the Daniels plans are better suited to faster and more experienced runners. For a 3:30 marathoner, in most cases increasing endurance and getting in the miles along with some LT work will result in faster times. Daniels mixes in a lot of quality and using his plans requires some self awareness and knowledge about marathon training. Especially since rarely is it wise to follow a cookie cutter plan verbatim...If you are coming here for advice on what plan to use, that is in my opinion a flag that maybe a simpler plan might be more appropriate.
