I'm a high school runner with a 4:25 mile pb
Two weeks ago I just started to lose the turnover in my legs. My legs started to feel like jello and they also felt heavy. I don't have a light and springy step anymore.
Before this weird thing started happening in my legs, I had a perfect turnover, super light springy step, and 200m repeats at 30 seconds were a breeze. Now I struggle to complete 200m repeats at 40-42 seconds.
I don't know whats going on. Its really been bugging me and I have only been able to do short easy runs because of it. Letsrunners please help me out here, I want to keep improving my mile personal bests but I can't due to this awful problem I'm having with my legs! What do you think is happening?
