5k: 16:35
3200: 9:54 (hopefully will drop this to mid 40's next week)
1600: 4:35
I don't run the 800 but I bet I could do it in the mid 2:0x's
based on this do you think i can break 16 with a hard summer training plan ahead during xc season? run about 50 mpw during the summer.
