I just started running for track the 1600 in December and i started off with a 6:57(i know slow for a guy).Well by the end of the season my pr was 5:59.87 for 1600.I will have traing for cross country during the summer and crosscountry during aug-oct
I just wanted to know if going from a 5:59 to 4:59 i possible in 10 months
