I'd like to thank you all in advance for reading this and helping me out. I've been doing track for many years now, along with soccer. I have decent endurance but my 200m and 400m speed is atrocious. I have trouble breaking 27 and 59. I've also been getting serious with lifting, and gotten fairly strong for my size, so thats not really an issue. I just need a serious program for 8-12 weeks that I can do over the summer to get my 200 down into 25/24 and 400 down into low 50's.
