I am a sophomore now, I would like to know your thoughts on what my summer XC training should be like. I have been running 35-40 MPW this track season, and I feel that I will need to run a lot more than that for XC to get a big break like I want to.
My best times are-
800- 2:15
1600- 4:59
3200- 10:44
5k- 17:40
10k- 39:18 (2 years ago)
*** I bet that all of these times will drop as the season continues on. I may drop a lot of time so I will keep posting as I drop time.***
Last summer I ran around 40-45 MPW and then in the season it dropped down to 25-35.
