I got an injury earlier a few weeks ago but have been able to keep running, doing distance runs even up to 75 and 80mins a few times without it hurting much. But on the track I can hardly go sub 80 without feeling it. I ice every day, hydrate a lot, roll out, all that. Anyways, since I havent been able to do any real speed workouts 3 weeks, I feel like my chances of performing well in postseason are beginning to crumble. Assuming I can fully recover(I still have 3 weeks before league), what are things I can do outside of running to keep myself in really good shape and give myself a chance?
