Even through it's repetitive and slow-moving plot, Code Lyoko kept me watching until the end, somehow. I must say, I'm sad it's over. I find myself wanting to watch more ;(

I remember watching when I was younger and I was completely hooked on it I was suprised when I googled the wiki and saw they made more episodes. Is it worth finishing?

There are 4 seasons of the cartoon and 1 extraneous season of live action episodes that I didn't bother to watch. Just didn't feel right.
Yes, I think it's worth finishing if you have the patience. There are a lot of filler episodes I guess, but if you've got a lot of time on your hands, it's easy to watch and stay entertained. I think the riveting sense of nostalgia helped propel me through the entire 4 seasons (almost 100 episodes). That, coupled with some feeling of admiration for the characters' dedication and bonds as friends that's kind of hard to describe, kept me engrossed to the end.
Also, the ending is not all roses and butterflies like some kids' cartoons like to incorporate at the conclusion of shows. Not a tragedy by any means, but if you put yourself in the characters' shoes, you can feel some heartache and longing. That being said, it's an excellent ending that provokes a smile and a feeling of satisfaction that leaves you saying, "dang, I'm glad I watched all that."
