Maybe, but it's your best shot.
Honestly I feel like 90% of poster's here have either never won a race in their life or have only won races where they were 15 seconds faster than the next fastest hobby jogger.
If you have to race someone who is significantly better than you, your chances of winning dramatically increase the shorter the length of the actual race. If you can force Cheserek to try and outkick you in the last 200 and you have 47 400 speed like Sorotos does, you stand a much better chance at winning than randomly throwing a 53 into the middle of the race.
At this point it seems like the only way Ches will lose is if Jenkins is in the race or Ches waits until the last 100 to kick and then celebrates 50m later like his teammate did.
