Umm, the "saw a workout" claim was a fabrication. Interesting that you chose to believe that one unsubstantiated claim, while spurning all the others. Your Rupp super-dude underpants are much too tight.

The funny thing is that I did indeed see this workout about a week ago at the nike campus. Believe it or not

Boy, you really have to read through a lot of junk to get to some information on the message board. At least one guy said he saw a workout. I thought someone might have a link to an article describing his plans.
Instead, I get guys recirculating the same pictures, conspiracy theories and complaints.
This is letsrun at its best. Which happens to be it bad, but this thread is classic for this place. All these insiders with all this knowledge but nothing to back it.

LOL, adapt to what?
Adapt to running for the same coach for 15 years?
Adapt to only ever running in the same town, on the same track? He lacks the fortitude to even go to Kenya likes his more successful teammate.
Adapt to university life getting a clown degree from clown college? (Did his tutors ever finish to finish his degree for him?)
Adapt to challenging race conditions? No wait, he DNSs or DNFs anytime the going gets tough.
Rupp has shown less adaptability than anyone on his team. Maybe adapting to the reality that he's been coddled and has still be run over by the TRULY adaptable Farah (and soon Levins) is just getting to him.

Still he has one Olympic silver medal, you have one finishers medal. Kudos to you dude. Guess you're the one doing really well in life.

NOPe. elfie rupp had to drop out of eugene clown kollege, after getting less than three years of credits in four years of a cupcake major. No degree for cabbage brain rupp.
I have a direct source from the Ricky Simms camp and the real tension is between Nike and Rupp. Nike attempted to restructure Rupp's contract and give him a potential pay cut. Rupp was ticked that Al Sal didn't stand up for him in a more boisterous fashion, which he is so well known for doing when passionate about something. Rupp is taking out his frustration on Salazar as a result.

Rupp-certified saldabar should fight Rupp and see who wins.
