Where is Rupp?

Galen is doing fine, training on his own. He is still slowly coming back from his illness in the winter and is doing a lot more base training now than the rest of the team. He will be fine and he will be fresh in the later stages of the summer when it really counts.

I have a few sources saying that he had a bit of a quarrel with the rest of the team. But we'll see what happens. He's always been one to adapt.

I heard the same thing about the infighting. NOP will be a historical footnote post Rio.

what is there to fight about...? they're not in high school anymore and it's not like they live together... all they do is run together.

I've always been curious if Centro was jealous that Farah has run significantly faster over 1500m.

Maybe jealous of farahs success? Farah has had an amazing year so far and it seems he also comes and goes as he pleases and trains where he wants. Maybe this upsets rupp?? Haha I have no idea. Would have been cool to see rupp healthy and in that two mile and half marathon.

Putting in a MONSTER base getting ready for WCs later this year. He'll be there running 12:40 and 26:40 later in the season. Fear not.

How many times do we have to hear about the 12.40 baloney? He is a 13 minute guy- no more- no less. He has proven that stateside, as well as in fast European time trials. I'm not falling for that hype again.

The NOP will be disbanded after the Rio Olympic . When it was founded about a decade ago the aim was to create an American born long distance runner who can consistently upstage the East African domination in the world stage , instead the NOP project created a world beater in the form of an East Africa born West London raised lad named Mohamed Farah !!

Centro is the guy causing the friction in the group. He is younger and more brash than the rest and just rubs everyone the wrong way.

The "fight" was between Alberto and Galen (not the others) but it's cooling off, no worries.

Between Alberto and galen?? If you know something then let's hear it.

Stop being so demanding, dude. The sooner you realize they no one owes YOU anything, the better off you'll be in life.

Yes, Kenny B was the fastest at one time. Like 40 years ago. Try to keep up. Kenny would be destroyed by Rupp currently.
