Wanting to get some input on the handling of supplements to athletes on the NCAA level? For the most part, the training room will tell the athletes to make sure that they clear all supplements with the doctor before they take them and take at their own risk. We have some coaches who will tell the athletes to take X, Y or Z and you need to get it within a week or two weeks. What is the NCAA regulations on coaches advising or recommending performance enhancing supplements to athletes? Would like to hear of our experiences. Coaches, Athletes, Parents ect.
