I am currently a senior in high school averaging about 55-60 mpw. My personal bests for this year have both come from indoor 200 meter tracks-where I got a 9:39 in the 32 followed by a 4:30 in the 16 about 45 minutes later. Both races seemed pretty relaxed.
My latest workout was a 10x400 meters with 1 minute rest, my splits were 67, 65, 64, 65, 65, 66, 65, 66, 66, 65. They seemed pretty hard, but nothing too terrible.
With my first outdoor meet coming up, what times do you think I can run?
