I've been having pain on the inside of my ankle (I'm assuming it's PTT) and it's manageable but as time goes on, the pain has also moved into my inside shins and it's been getting worse. Is that still PTT?
I've tried taking a 6 week break with no running and cross training, strength work, icing, etc. but after a few weeks of a slow return to running it came back. Anyone have experience with this injury and how do you get rid of it?
