I had my first indoor meet yesterday im in 10th grade and i ran the 800 leg of my DMR my time was 2:15 and I broke a minute my first 400 and then died the last quarter my coach said if it would of been out doors with no wind i would of ran a 2:12 or 2:13 my best time last year freshman year was 2:11 is it possible for me to cut ten seconds from now to the end of the season to get to 2:15 ? I also ran the 4x4 and my time was 58 is there a chance for me to get to 52 or 53? My pr was 58 last year ive had much improvement does lifting help with middle distance my school is fairly small 2A so im varsity there but to win county where i live i need to be around a 2:05 is it possible? What kind of training? Am i too short im only 5'7
