I'll try to make this concise. I often wonder if my coach is having me do the right workouts being that she's not extremely distance oriented and I'm the only runner on my team that puts up times ~2:10 and ~5:00 etc.
Last outdoor season I was :52.5, 1:57.1, and 4:30. I just concluded my indoor season with a 1:56.9 (29,30,29+,28) and 4:29 on an unbanked 200m. I average 30 MPW or so and my training plans seem really arbitrary.
Ideally, what should I be doing to run 1:54 outdoors in terms of training? I'm 6'1 and 145 (idk if that matters)
