Let me just add a different perspective:
This was the most entertaining 3k I have watched in a long time. I mean a guy threw a middle finger during the race. One guy (maybe the same one) threw a punch.
The announcers should have been playing up the team tactics and what Guelph was trying to do.
Guys, this is racing. If you want to understand why auto-racing is a massive spectator sport and track isn't, then read the comments in this thread. Race car drivers employ team tactics all the time. They intentionally sabotage their rivals; they bump and crash.
I want more team tactical races, not less. If you put good announcers on a tactical race, they are highly entertaining.
