We're not going to get a leaderboard. Mr. Japanese running Brett Larner tweeted back to us that the leaderboard we mentioned is the only one he knows of.
If you want bib numbers. Here's the press guide:

Women through halfway in ??? Broadcast didn't show. Focused instead on a struggling men's national runner.
Number 126 of the men seems to be having a good day, hanging with the elites. Hanging in well. I'll be keeping my eye on him as the race progresses.
5km 00:14:56 (0:14:55) 0:14:55
10km 00:29:54 (0:29:53) 0:14:58
15km 00:44:49 (0:44:48) 0:14:55
20km 00:59:51 (0:59:50) 0:15:02
Men's splits have been very even.
I didn't see women's half split.
The 20k split is 2:23:25 pace.
5km 00:16:53 (0:16:52) 0:16:52 09:26:54
10km 00:33:44 (0:33:43) 0:16:51 09:43:45
15km 00:50:48 (0:50:47) 0:17:04 10:00:49
20km 01:07:59 (1:07:58) 0:17:11 10:18:00
Men through 25k in 1:14:44, so a 14:49
Most of the pace must have come at 24k. the pack slimmed dramatically, with Japanese national runners shed out the back.
All the buildings are so clean, no graffiti, no liter on the side walks or roads, such a huge city to be so clean. amazing.

Kebede (#2) splits through 20k.
Time
5km 00:14:56 (0:14:55) 0:14:55
10km 00:29:54 (0:29:53) 0:14:58
15km 00:44:49 (0:44:48) 0:14:55
20km 00:59:51 (0:59:50) 0:15:02
and Tiki Gelana who is with the lead women. #31
5km 00:16:52 (0:16:51) 0:16:51
10km 00:33:44 (0:33:43) 0:16:52
15km 00:50:49 (0:50:48) 0:17:05
20km 01:07:59 (1:07:58) 0:17:10
based on that , the elite women probably hit halfway in about
71:43ish?
Here's my cheat sheet for bibs:
Kebede in Neon Yellow Nike.
Chumba in Red Nike kit.
Kiprotich in Black Olympic Gold Nike Kid, Black undershirt.
No sign of Boit or Bekele in lead pack. Eritrean Asmerom just gapped now.
Announcers said number 126 is a 2:14 guy. Go guy,
Awesome coverage for the men, not as much for the women yet.
13 in the lead pack
motorcycle passenger, hermans?, keeps giving instructions to someone
Bekele younger facing a rough road ahead:
5km 00:14:57 (0:14:56) 0:14:56 09:24:58
10km 00:29:55 (0:29:54) 0:14:58 09:39:56
15km 00:44:51 (0:44:50) 0:14:56 09:54:52
20km 01:00:20 (1:00:19) 0:15:29 10:10:21

American Lauren Kleppin was was 2:10 behind at 20k so she likely hit halfway in something just under 74:00 - like maybe 73:56.
That's the good news. The bad news is every 5k has been slower than the one before it.
5km 00:17:10 (0:17:09) 0:17:09 09:27:11
10km 00:34:36 (0:34:35) 0:17:26 09:44:37
15km 00:52:06 (0:52:05) 0:17:30 10:02:07
20km 01:10:09 (1:10:08) 0:18:03 10:20:10
Boit's chip did not register the first timing mat. I know I saw him in the pack at 15k. I wish we could get updates on the lone American in the field
women 25k @ 1:25:11
If you like the underdogs root for the guys with numbers over 100.
Like Benjamin Ngandu #126
2:16 best before today. Still up there.
#105 is SANO,Hiroaki. He's a 2:10:29 guy and not even given one of the better numbers. They have 10 Japanese guys with numbers 30 or below.
All in all I'm counting 71 guys in the field with sub 2:20 bests.
That 5k split they threw up for 25k on the broadcast is wrong. 20 to 25k was the fasest of the race according to the mats.
5km 00:14:59 (0:14:57) 0:14:57
10km 00:29:56 (0:29:54) 0:14:57
15km 00:44:51 (0:44:49) 0:14:55
20km 00:59:52 (0:59:50) 0:15:01
25km 01:14:45 (1:14:43) 0:14:53
women 25k @ 1:25:11
2:23:46 pace
Coming through 30k, 1:29:49.
15:06 last 5k. Pacers out, now the racing starts.
30k @ 1:29:50 @ 2:06:21 pace
Kebede doing the work, Negesse to his right.
Kiprotich rotates through after a turn.
Chumba is making a point to stay protected, Geneti and Dechasa tucked in.
#126 being gapped. Two Japanese runners in a teardrop from the pack.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
