I am an 800 runner who has not been able to run much recently. Here is a breakdown of what I have done since Thursday
Thurs: none
fri: ran total of 4 miles in about 7 min per mile with break after each mile
sat: none
sun: none
mon: 1.88 mile in about 6 per mile pace. 15 min easy after that
tues: 5k in 21 min. Lifted later in the day and then ran a loop that is about 400 twice untied and pretty hard immediately after lifting
Wed: none
I have run a 1 58 800 this month and I was wondering with me having my calf injured what you think I could run this weekend and if I can still run sub 2. Also I still have some pain, what should I do about it? I have to run this weekend because it is states...
