Don't know.
Don't know.
It's a shade over 1 minute.
I'm doing the run but not the pump.
Now that I'm over 50, maybe I'll give it a try next year.
whoo hoo!!!!!!....RD gets a new Aspen Condo and participants get a t-shirt for bouncing a bar off their chest and running 2.9....$65 well spent
What a legitimate event. A 42 year old women gets 8th overall. Yes Tina Husted a 42 year old women gets 30 reps and goes 18 flat for 5k?
Hey, do you think some of those crossfitters will show up and show us how fit they are? How about the self-proclaimed "world's fittest man"?
hahaha
What was the winning time? Doesn't seem to be posted.
Also, congrats to the race director. This event will always sell out, so no reason not to give the same shirt and same medal each year.
results are on runohio. Winner was 15:27 with 30 reps!

Congrats to Joe Norton. That is a new event record.
Tina Husted ran 2:46 and 2:47 marathons last fall.

It's a USATF certified course. And they (ROTC usually) do a good job of monitoring the lifting for proper form. Also, the runners times are similar to what they've run in other road races
30 reps body weight and sub 15:30- very impressive. I wonder how many LRC folks can do that?
Tina Husted is a BEAST!!!!!, age 42, 30 reps and 18 flat 5k
Unless Joe Norton posts here - the answer is zero.

Are there other Pump & Runs or PowerRuns that get competitive field?
