Bump
In my eyes your 10k and 5k are your strongest events
Forgot to mention the 5k and 10k were off of 25 miles a week
Bump up your mileage, you'll run a lot faster for 10k
Build up to 35-45 slowly.
I am at 45 right now, i'm a sophomore.
2:14, 5:03, 10:59, 17:30, and 39:18 are my times
I ran the 2:14, 17:30, and 10:59 off of sub 30 mile weeks.
The others off 40 mpw
39:18 was before freshman year, so if i did one in may this year it would be like 36:50 probably. I ran the 5:03 off of no speed work, all aerobic base building. this shows how much strength can do even for a 1600
