What you need to focus on is FAT (saturated, n-3, monounsaturated). This will not raise your insulin levels. The rest of your diet should be mostly protein - carbs only from veggies.
This seems to be supported by some references found with Google. I will try it out.
Regarding mpw, yes it i low but I want to avoid injuries and increase it to 40-50 over the next months. I have two years of experience with functional training so I know what I'm doing
