I would like to stipulate a rule that any poster who wants to trash Rupp should first have to race him in a 10,000 without getting lapped. Haha many parents both have full-time jobs. Kids can go to day-care, grandparents, older siblings or cousin's house's perhaps. I am absolutely not trying to imply that Rupp's wife should do it all, or that Rupp doesn't have anything better to do than run, maybe poor choice of words on my part. Just pointing out that many parents with full time jobs successfully raise their kids, and successfully keep their jobs (Running being Rupp's in this case).
