Good for Ritz.
Good for Ritz.
Lalli has an impressive XC resume and Meucci is a Euro marathon champ.
Where was Mo Ahmed?
A very positive step for Ritz.

I'm sure he will get dusted on both occasions, but it's good for him to get back in the game at least.
By dusted did you mean he'll win?

Per the IAAF preview, Lalli and Meucci are both focused on the marathon now, still they're not exactly chopped liver. A positive result for Ritz, indeed.
Any details about the race other that he won?
Anyone else notice the lack or an Oregon Project jersey? I know he is still being coached by Salazar (so we think), but he wore the traditional Nike kit. Maybe there's more to it....or maybe his was dirty.....or he lost it?

Announced last May he was leaving NOP but still being sponsored by Nike.
looks like Andrea Lalli was 2nd. hes a 28:17 guy, 13:45. but a 61min half and 2:12.
not exactly huge scalps, but who knows when ritz was last in sub-28 10k shape
Official results anywhere?
When Ryan Hall comes back from injury and enters a race, he is either a DNF or a middle of the packer. When Ritz comes back, he wins.
