I'm surprised he's able to train and race while being an assistant coach at Grand Valley State. Such a joke.
Be injured in a day or two
hopefully, the long trip will keep him from running much before the race and he'll race healthy, maybe even twice--with no hard work at all between races. 8 weeks of health for Ritz puts him in pretty good shape already.

Ya I don't know what that guy is getting at. 99% of runners have a job other than running and they all seem to train and race just fine.
always a fan, hes tough and I wish him the best

You would think that a regular assistant would join the team to the NCAA Championships right? It makes you wonder how big a role he's playing there, and whether it's just more of a title to help his post running career ambitions. Of course, this also allows him to use the GVSU facilities, while helping their recruiting process with his name.
you would think as an assistant he would be listed as one of the coaches on the school site
FINALLY. Good luck Ritz, I actually believe in you unlike the other a**holes on this thread.
Very excited that Ritz is feeling good again.
Is there any live stream for the Campaccio race tomorrow?
I'm sure he will get dusted on both occasions, but it's good for him to get back in the game at least.
