standing atop the state podium. i was actually happy.
Eating a $1 cheeseburger and drinking a coffee with butter and coconut right after my H.I.I.T workout on a gym treadmill in spikes. It was the moose ticket.
My son joined the army and did 5 years with 1year over in hell. Then came home and ran a marathon with me.
Who is this Discus guy you are asking about his proudest moment?
Discus is not a guy, he's an event.
Fifth grade geography bee champ. Basically been all downhill from there.
My proudest moment will be when Jamin pops his cherry.
Making the worst, most despicable, racist, sexist LR mod-troll incensed enough to ban me.
giving my first money $hot is by far my proudest moment
receiving 2nd team all-conference honors as a result of cracking the top-14 at our conference's championship meet. i cried tears of joy during the awards ceremony.
what a journey:
- walked on during my freshman year. my fastest 8km that year was 30:10
- suffered from a bad case of tendinitis during my junior year, forcing me to take 2 months off from running.
- the time away from the sport rekindled the flame. i came into my final cross country season with a whole new mentality. prior to my senior season, i wasn't expecting to do much damage. i was hoping to just "hang on" while my teammates scored the big points.....well things turned out a bit differently. i trained like a man possessed and ended up having the season of my life.
Thanks for the question. I won't post a reply, because nobody but me would care, but it was fun to think about.

Not sure. Maybe being named a Presidential Scholar? Sad to think that the high point would be in high school, though.

On my wedding night, my dad took my to the side, looked me in the eye, and told me he was proud of me. I know he was genuine. Very simply, that comment/compliment has impacted me most.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
