one month ago I ran an all out 200 in a track workout of 800s because i got pissed about missing my splits. Something popped in my left hammy and I couldn't walk straight for a couple of days.
Now I only feel it when lying flat on the floor and pressing my heel into the floor with flexing my knee. And - sometimes when straightening the leg.
Can anyone tell me what this strain i named? What muscle? How to fix it? Tips & tricks beyond just rest. I feel like walking is really detrimental to recover from this..
