Just go get your hands on anything Jack Daniels, if you haven't already. Lots of disputes about his stuff on here, but it's a good place to expand.

although the aforementioned have their merits, if you could pick only one choose Pete Magill's Build Your Running Body. It's easy to read, comprehensive, well researched and has the most up to date scientific material available for any serious coach.
