I know Arthur Lydiard says that young boys and girls should run almost as much as possible at steady state. I believe in this, as it develops your capillary system tremendously. But I haven't tried it out properly yet (I'm going to start my training for next season november 1.). I'm 17 and have a time of 9:17 for the 3000. So I wonder what you (preferred if coaches or above average athletes answered this) have experienced doing this?
Thanks in advance
