26. started an 11 day break.
14. The 2 weeks before that were 8 and 6.
So if I use the 10% rule I'll be up to 100 in 21 weeks!
Zero- I did, however, log about 500 miles behind the wheel of my car- does that count?

You must be extra carefull. You did 0 miles so increase that by 10% per week and no more. E-mail the message board in 6 weeks with a fitness update.
100, back in action.
70 miles. An average week for an average runner.
102
24 baby. and proud.
You call 70 miles an average amount for an average runner? You may be an average runner...but you tell me how many people actually run over 50 miles if you are an "average" runner. To me "average" is someone who runs for fun and occassionally does a road race here and then. I would say 70 miles a week as an average would be someone above average...maybe a college runner or a serious road racer....70 average? give me a break

ok I lied, 4.
123 with two workouts, i'll kick your ass!
0, with no workouts - injured.
I'll kick some ass later.
57 last week. 53 in last 4 days. Should hit 75 this week.
Miles, you're going to be tough to beat at Cal 10.
123 ey......i run 102 and i would love to light your ass up radiohead. its not quntity, its quality. just a page out of my log book last week for ya...their is always a bigger fish as i know and i continually find out when i get my ass lit up, but don't think mileage is the key, it is merely one aspect of it, as is good knowledge, maintenance, flexibility, ice, heat, environment, climate, support chain, money, diet, health, etc...but the one key element that has to be there is desire.

Phipps,
I am sure I will get beat. I would be happy with top 10. Especially since this will be the first post CIM race, I hope to be ready to go, but it is hard to know until I am out there going for it. How's your training been going?
