I have not been able to fully sleep since school started in early august. I think it is some sort of stress and the only one I can think of would be school, because I hate it but my parents force me to go and are always riding me about it.
My routine has changed a lot in this time because I used to go to sleep before 10 and wake up before 6 go run last school year but now I can't even get to sleep before 10 30 and will still probably wake up in the middle of the night. What can I do to solve this? It has been going on for too long. Ow.
