The study did not control other variables, means the 3 cup milk/day drinkers might just consume more food/fat/calories than the 1cup/day drinkers. If those are your avg inactive couch potatoes, it does not take this nearly useless study to know consuming extra food/fat/calories (2 cups of milk ~150 Kcal/day?) long term is going to harm your health. Does it?
