If given the same major, you'd rather have Purdue or Penn State on a resume over Pomona, you have no clue what you're talking about. Those are decent schools, but not on the same level as an elite LAC.

4 D1 Princeton
5 D3 MIT
6 D1 Yale
7 D1 Harvard

9 D1 US military academy
10 D3 Amherst College
11 D3 Haverford
12 D1 UPenn
13 D1 Brown
14 D3 Bowdoin
By XC scoring D3 wins 27 to 28. D3 gets a strong start and suffers a bit against D1's strong 5th man.
I'm going to make LRC history and concede that I was wrong and you are right!

Went to an open house for parents at my kid's school, and when I got to her Honors Math class 75% percent of the parents in attendance were Asian. Incidentally, the stereotype that says Asians are bad drivers is also true...70% of the time I encounter someone too stupid to negotiate a roundabout or 4-way stop, it's an Asian driver (20 percent of the time it's an old person, and 10 percent of the time it's an idiot on a cell phone).

D3 = nursery where parents can drop off their babies for four years
MIT is d3
As an Irish man myself I can confirm that this is 100% true.

They some smart babies then
Many of the students at D3 schools are not from wealthy families, but received an academic package or semi scholarship. Many swimmers, wrestlers, and xc runners are within the top 5% of their class in academics, and many are realistic about their future, and know a science major with good grades will provide a better chance at a promising future. Athletics is just a means to the end.
