I strained my hamstring a few weeks ago after some fast 200s, and tried to take care of the problem with RICE. After the pain was long gone, I was doing a 400 workout @ 5k pace and felt pain radiate down my hamstring and calf. Now there is a very persistent and mild pain in both my hamstring in calf while at rest, but it feels fine while doing normal runs. I'm at a loss as to how to proceed. Any treatment tips?
